TOUR
● Additional passengers must be reported at least 24 hours prior to departure.
● Departure times must be strictly followed.
● Set menu meals must be chosen before the tour commences.
● Once a tour package is confirmed, cancellations or modifications due to a reduction in the number of participants or individual cancellations are not allowed.
CANCELATION
● Cancellation after down payment non refundable.
● Cancellation after full payment : D-14 refund 50% ; D-7 no refund
● There will be some destinations that can’t be canceled after reservation, our Travel Consultant will inform you about this before the confirmation
FORCE MAJEURE
● Boat cancellation because of the weather will not be our responsibility.
