● Cancellation after down payment non refundable.

● Cancellation after full payment : D-14 refund 50% ; D-7 no refund

● There will be some destinations that can’t be canceled after reservation, our Travel Consultant will inform you about this before the confirmation

FORCE MAJEURE

● Boat cancellation because of the weather will not be our responsibility.

● Please note that our services exclude the insurance, if you want to have insurance during the tour we can help to make one (additional cost charge).
